GameBlazers™ 2026 Season Pack Promotion — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

GameBlazers Acquisition, LLC, 333 Washington Ave. N., Suite 104, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401 (“Sponsor” or “GameBlazers”). Contact: [email protected].

2. Promotion Period

The 2026 season began on September 1, 2026. The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on the date these Official Rules are first posted on gameblazers.com (shown as “Posted” above) and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on February 14, 2027, the date of Super Bowl LXI (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeper.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must have a GameBlazers Account in good standing and meet all of the following:

• You are a citizen and resident of the United States (the 50 states or the District of Columbia), or a resident of Canada (excluding the Province of Ontario), and you are located in an eligible jurisdiction when you participate.
• You are either:
  1. at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your state, province, or territory; or
  2. 13 to 17 years old, and your parent or legal guardian has verified by email their consent to your Account and to your participation, and has agreed to these Official Rules and the Terms on your behalf. A Player aged 13 to 17 may obtain Packs only through the free methods in Section 5.2 or by redeeming Credits. Such a Player may not buy Packs, deposit or hold a Balance, use the GB Marketplace, enter Contests with cash prizes, or take part in Redeemable Packs.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or representative of Sponsor or its parent companies, affiliates, or promotion and advertising agencies, or an immediate family or household member of any of them.

Persons under 13 may not participate. One Account per person. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How the Promotion Works

Packs contain a randomized assortment of Items. Some Items are less likely to appear than others. Each Pack type lists the number of Items it contains. Players use Items to build lineups for Contests under the Terms.

Redeemable Packs are not part of this Promotion. They are governed by the separate Official Rules for Redeemable Packs.

5. How to Participate

5.1 Purchase (optional)

Eligible Players aged 18 or older may buy Packs on the Services during the Promotion Period. A purchase is not required and does not increase the odds of any Pack.

5.2 Free methods (no purchase necessary)

Any eligible Player may obtain Packs without purchase through each of the following:

• Starter Pack. One free Starter Pack for the 2026 season, claimed on the Services. Limit one per Account per season.
• Daily Packs for new Players. One free daily Pack for each of the first 14 days after a Player creates an Account. Each daily Pack draws from the same Items, at the same odds, as a purchased Rare Pack.
• GB Franchise Pass, free tier. The free rewards in the free tier of the GB Franchise Pass, as shown on the Services.
• Common Pack on request. One free Common Pack per Player during the Promotion Period. To request it, email [email protected] with the subject line “Free Pack Request” and include your name, GameBlazers username, and the email address on your Account. Requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on February 14, 2027. Limit one per person and one per Account.

Each free Pack has the same odds, and draws from the same Items, as a purchased Pack of the same type. Requests that are incomplete, automated, or submitted through multiple Accounts are void.

6. Odds

The odds of receiving each Item category, and each chase Item, are shown for each Pack type on the Pack purchase page, with the date the odds were last updated. Sponsor updates the odds when it releases a Pack or changes Item ratings. The odds shown when a Pack is opened are the odds that apply to that Pack.

7. Items

Items are digital game items used on the Services under the Terms. Sponsor does not assign a cash value to Items and does not buy Items back. Items may be bought and sold between Players only as the Terms allow. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer outside the Services is offered, except as the Terms allow.

8. Players in Canada

For eligible Players resident in Canada (excluding Ontario):

• No purchase is necessary, and the free methods in Section 5.2 are available on the same terms.
• Items and odds are the same in every eligible region. Items are not allocated by region.
• Redeemable Packs are not available to residents of Canada.
• For residents of Quebec, these Official Rules and related materials are available in French.

9. Taxes

Each Player is responsible for any taxes that apply to their participation.

10. Privacy

Personal information supplied to Sponsor is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at gameblazers.com/privacy-policy.

11. Conditions of Participation and Releases

By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the Terms. You release Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from all claims arising from your participation in the Promotion or your acceptance or use of any Item, to the extent the law allows.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or unreadable requests; (ii) technical failures, including hardware, software, network, or connection errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, or unauthorized access; or (iv) printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technical errors in any Promotion materials.

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part, if a virus, bug, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs its administration, security, or fairness. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Promotion or acts to undermine its fair operation. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term.

12. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Promotion is resolved under Section 17 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Provision) of the Terms, on an individual basis only and not as a class action. To the extent the law allows, any claim is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of participating, and you waive any claim to attorneys’ fees and to indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes

Sponsor may change these Official Rules or the Promotion dates. Changes are posted on this page and apply from the posting date. Changes do not reduce free methods of entry already available for the Promotion Period.
