GameBlazers™ Redeemable Packs — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

GameBlazers Acquisition, LLC, 333 Washington Ave. N., Suite 104, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401 (“Sponsor” or “GameBlazers”). Contact: [email protected].

2. Drop Period

Each Drop begins and ends on the dates and times in its Drop Terms, or ends earlier when all Redeemable Packs in the Drop are gone (the “Drop Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeper.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must have a GameBlazers Account in good standing and meet all of the following:

1. You are a citizen and resident of the United States (the 50 states or the District of Columbia) and are located there when you participate. Residents of Canada are not eligible. If the Drop Terms exclude any state (for example, New York or Florida), residents of that state are not eligible for that Drop.
2. You are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your state. Players aged 13 to 17 are not eligible.
3. You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or representative of Sponsor or its parent companies, affiliates, or promotion and advertising agencies, or an immediate family or household member of any of them.

4. How the Drops Work

A Redeemable Pack is a Pack that may contain a Redeemable Item. Not every Redeemable Pack contains a Redeemable Item. A Redeemable Item is a playable Athlete Item linked one-to-one to a specific physical trading card (a “Physical Card”). Sponsor buys each Physical Card and holds it before the Drop begins. The Drop Terms list every Physical Card in the Drop.

5. How to Participate

5.1 Purchase (optional)

Eligible Players may buy Redeemable Packs with their Balance or an accepted payment method. Credits cannot be used. A purchase does not increase the odds of any Pack.

5.2 Free Redeemable Pack (no purchase necessary)

Each eligible Player may request one free Redeemable Pack per Drop. To request it, email [email protected] with the subject line “Free Redeemable Pack Request — [Drop name]” and include your name, GameBlazers username, and the email address on your Account. Requests must be received during the Drop Period. Limit one per person and one per Account per Drop.

A free Redeemable Pack is opened from the same pool of Items, at the same odds, as a purchased Redeemable Pack from the same Drop at the time it is opened. It gives a chance to receive a Redeemable Item; it does not guarantee one. Requests received after the Drop sells out or ends cannot be filled. Requests that are incomplete, automated, or submitted through multiple Accounts are void.

6. Odds

The Drop Terms state the number of Redeemable Packs and Redeemable Items in the Drop, and the odds for Items in the Redeemable Packs. Because each Drop has a fixed number of Packs, the odds of later Packs depend on which Items earlier Packs have already produced. The Drop page shows the odds at the start of the Drop.

7. Physical Cards (Prizes)

1. The Drop Terms describe each Physical Card: the player, the set, and the grading company and grade (or “Ungraded”). A grade is the grading company’s opinion; Sponsor does not warrant it.
2. The Drop Terms state the total approximate retail value of all Physical Cards in the Drop (the “Drop Card Value”). The Drop Card Value reflects the market when the Drop Terms are published and can change.
3. The Player who receives a Redeemable Item owns the linked Physical Card. Sponsor holds it as custodian under Section 7 of the Terms.
4. No substitution or cash equivalent is offered. If a listed Physical Card becomes unavailable before the Drop begins, Sponsor may substitute a card of equal or greater value and will update the Drop Terms.

8. Redemption

A Player may request delivery of a Physical Card at any time under Section 7 of the Terms. Physical Cards ship only to addresses in the United States, usually within 14 days. Shipping, handling, and taxes are shown before the Player confirms. Redemption permanently retires the linked Redeemable Item from the Player’s Account and from Contests. Redeemable Items cannot be sold, traded, or transferred.

9. Taxes

Each Player is responsible for all taxes that apply to a Physical Card. If a Player receives Physical Cards through free Redeemable Packs with a total fair market value that meets or exceeds the federal information-reporting threshold in a calendar year ($2,000 for 2026, adjusted for inflation after 2026), Sponsor will require an IRS Form W-9 and will issue a Form 1099-MISC.

10. State Registration

When a Drop’s Drop Card Value exceeds $5,000 and the Drop is open to residents of New York or Florida, Sponsor registers the Drop and posts a bond or trust as those states require. Otherwise, the Drop Terms exclude residents of New York and Florida from that Drop.

11. Awarded Cards List

To obtain a list of Physical Cards awarded in a Drop, send a request to [email protected] within 60 days after the Drop ends.

12. Privacy, Releases, Disputes, and Changes

Sections 10 through 13 of the GameBlazers 2026 Season Pack Promotion Official Rules (Privacy; Conditions of Participation and Releases; Disputes; Changes) apply to these Redeemable Rules and every Drop, as if written here. Sponsor will not change a Drop’s odds, card list, or free-request method after the Drop begins, except for a substitution under Section 7.4.

Appendix: Drop Terms — 2026 Redeemables Pack Drop 1

These Drop Terms apply with the GameBlazers Redeemable Packs Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to U.S. citizens and residents aged 18 or older. Not available in Canada. Void where prohibited.

Each Physical Card is in exactly one of the 150 Redeemable Packs. Odds change as Packs are opened. Other Items in these Packs follow the odds shown on the Pack page.
